Ok yeah I'm definately happy with this image. Cant take full credit for the skin texture, but the rework of it was all me from a Mime texture freebie at Renderosity.
Made a correction to the label. Nothing mature is showing so I removed that from the selection

Nice. Good lighting. Not sure the `mature` is entirely nescessary, since you can't actually see anything.
